Please read and follow the steps below when you arrive at our Rockville Centre Storybook Studio in Nassau County:

Step #1 :

Please pull in our parking lot 15 minutes before your appointment and text the word "ELF" to (516) 494-7818

(please do not enter building)

Step #2 :

A Storybook team member will respond and confirm your arrival. We will then guide you to the next step.

Step #3 :

FIVE minutes before your appointment time we will call you and invite you in the building to begin your families adventure and MAGICAL STORYBOOK SANTA EXPERIENCE!

Step #4 :

Once your experience is complete you will exit out of the side entrance of our building very close to your vehicle. You will also have a chance to use the restroom when your experience is complete.
