I can’t begin to put into words how Magical this experience is for both the children and adults! The scenes photograph like they were illustrations in a classic Christmas story I’ve been doing this for my granddaughters for 3 years now and every year the staff out does itself! Not only do I highly recommend this experience I say it’s an Absolute Must!!! Thank you for keeping the Christmas Magic alive for my family!!! We will be back again next year with a new addition to our family!

My boys had such a fun time with Santa - they would never have gotten so much one-on-one time with him anywhere else. Santa and his photographic helper were so nice and were great in getting the kids to pose naturally. The resulting pictures and video were amazing, and my boys were so excited to see "magic" in them!!

Storybook Experience goes above and beyond to make the Santa experience extra special, even for the young kids, like mine, who were standoffish with Santa. They ask in advance whether your child may be afraid so they know to wait to introduce Santa so they can get good photos before the tears. I was so appreciative to their attention to detail!

This was our second time using Storybook Experiences and it was even more amazing this time around. We did the Easter bunny experience and had so much fun. Santa experience was even better! Everyone was amazing. The Photographer and her helper were patient and sweet with my fussy 7 month old. Santa was so great with my son who is 2yrs he’s still talking about the experience he loved it so much! We have a cake smashes Scheduled for my daughter in a few months and I can’t wait!

I cannot even begin to express how much we loved every second of the Santa Experience this year. I am so amazed by how you capture the magic of Christmas in every picture. Seeing my daughter’s eyes light up with joy during her visit with Santa was absolutely heart melting. She is still talking about her visit. This was not our first visit and the experience only gets better and better each time. The photos are beyond breathtaking! Seeing them for the first time literally had me in tears. These pictures will be treasured family memories for generations to come. Thank you for making the Christmas season so magical for so many families. We can’t wait to come back again next year! It’s worth every penny and every minute of our almost 3 hour drive to get there.

We did the Santa Experience. Wow! From the moment you arrive you can feel like you are somewhere special. The waiting room alone was amazing. When we walked into the secret hallway and into the room and saw Santa my son was so excited. The whole experience he was giggling and smiling from ear to ear. The pictures reflect his absolute joy and excitement. No forced smiles. We thought we would have no trouble picking 20 until we saw them. We ended up upgrading and buying them all. Everyone who can afford to do this, needs to do this once while your child is little enough to really, really love Santa. The photographer was amazing, Santa was perfect, and the girl helping did a great job. We are very happy!

We loved it! I can’t say enough! We did not expect it to be an adorable Santa wonderland. Our son is only 10 months old (9 at time of visit), & he had a great time. Santa & the photographers were so good with him. & the cute little tokens (reindeer feed, Santa cookie, magic coin) were so sweet. We love our pics & couldn’t wait to share them. In this Covid world we live in right now, we are SO thankful we had this experience for our sons first Christmas. It really was magical, & we will definitely book our session next year!

We so appreciate your versatility and willingness to make each year better for our children. This year in particular, we were wary, as we’ve essentially been quarantined since March but the safety measures and risk were the perfect balance - thank you. My sons only comment was that “Santa looked thinner this year” haha. Our first 2 Santa’s were definitely more picture perfect than the last two. But otherwise everything great!!!

My son stepped into Storybook and was in complete admiration of the whole set up...from the decor, toys, warm cozy fireplace, and the yummy smell of pumpkin pecan waffle candle burning. The staff was very nice and made my son feel comfortable from beginning to end. More importantly, they inquired about any allergies from the start which made this mom super happy because my son has a nut allergy. Overall, our experience was amazing. As my son would put it...it was magical!

Miss Angie was the photographer and she and her assistant were absolutely wonderful. They possessed a level of energy that I’m not sure I’ve ever witnessed in my life. Plus they were so in tune to making our child comfortable, even adjusting a scene when my son seemed a little nervous about Santa appearing. As a result we had an amazing session and my soon to be 4 year old was engaged and happy the entire time. In addition, the location was stunning and he had a ton of fun playing in the toy room and checking out the Christmas tree before we went in. Can’t say enough good things and we are so looking forward to getting our proofs so we can relive the magic!

Having an 18 month old daughter who has not seen Santa since she was 7 months old I most deff had concerns about her crying and being afraid of Santa. The photographers made her feel comfortable, weren’t pushy, were patient, and were able to get a few pictures of my daughter with Santa toward the end of the session. The photos came out beautiful and the pictures that they photoshopped Santa in, you wouldn’t even know he wasn’t really there. This was a great experience for us and is without a doubt worth the money.

It was a magical experience when we took our pictures with Santa. When we stepped into the studio, we all felt we were in Santa’s house. The staff was amazing and cheerful. "We are repeat clients I’ve been coming for 4 years now with my Grandchildren and now my sister is bringing her grandchildren! Aside from the Amazing pictures you will get from your shoot and they are amazing yours will always be the most beautiful Christmas card lol! It’s about the experience for the children the excitement and magic that comes from Santa knowing Little things about them that he shares during the shoot that keeps them so engaged and excited… SANTA called my granddaughter by her family nickname and she still wonders how he knew she was Zoe Zoe bug! The staff is both professionally talented and amazingly patient we’ve had a few meltdowns during the shoot as well but still got the perfect pictures! What an amazing experience! They were great from the time we arrived to the time we left. "BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. From the moment you walk in every moment is MAGIC... I have a 4 and 2 year old and a 4 week old. They are patient, kind and so helpful. Sammy was our photographer she went above and beyond to help and take her time to give each of my boys 1:1 attention her and Santa took their time to make sure each picture was perfect having boys, especially 3 so close in age it is very hard to make sure they are all focused and never at one point did I feel stressed over it, they all took their time to work with the boys and didn't get upset when they were per occupied with all the awesome stuff around (decorations, etc)! I can go on on however it still wouldn't do justice, it is something you must experience to believe. A special thank you to the people behind the scenes you make the magic become a memory that we can save forever. We will see you for the Easter Bunny sessions!!! Thank you again!! "

"From the moment our "elf" photographer welcomed us at the door, to reception, to the magical environment you're in before you meet Santa, to the secret door and finally being escorted to meet Santa, this experience truly was amazing! We weren't sure how our three year old would handle the whole experience, but the staff guided her (and us!) through to get some great pictures. A special shout-out to Santa, who was so welcoming. Our pictures are gorgeous! So much so that we upgraded to receive all of the photos. Our only minor issue was that when we upgraded we didn't receive our final proofs back and I had to call to remind them. We were then emailed our prints within an hour. We will be back!!! "

"We had such an amazing experience at the Rockville Centre location. Everyone there was wonderful. My little one who has cried for the last 2 years when going to see the traditional mall Santa was so excited to meet and interact with Santa. The photo shoot was a magical experience for my grandsons. The photographer was wonderful and captured great poses. I was totally pleased with all the pictures that I couldn't just pick 20, I had to purchase them all! I highly recommend if you have little ones to do the Storybook Experiences because the pics really look like they belong in a storybook!

I️ took my 2.5 year old son just yesterday. From the moment you walk in you’re in another world. Everyone was warm and inviting and so accommodating with my requests on making him comfortable since this was his true first Santa experience.
The sets were beautiful and when Santa arrived the look on my son’s face was worth the crazy booking race and it all made sense to me on why they have such rave reviews and everyone wants a spot!

Storybook Experiences was turely a magical place. As soon as you walk in you are transported into a Christmas dream ( even in October)!! We all had the most amazing and memorable time! My three year old has never been easy to photograph ( she is always on the move) but the Storybook Experiences' team worked their magic and gave us the most beautiful pictures she has ever taken! My pictures came out beautiful! Just how I imagined they would be! The studio was decorated so cozy for Christmas, I was instantly in the Christmas spirit! The photographers were very patient with my 1 1/2 year old who was a little nervous of her new surroundings but you would have never known It from the photos! They are so talented and I cannot wait to sign up again for next Christmas!!

Wow! That's all I can say. What a wonderful experience! Just stepping through the front door you are transported to a Christmas wonderland. My children were in absolute awe when they got to spend time with Santa. The photographers were amazing and really made the whole experience fun. I had tears in my eyes watching my kids' reactions. What a magical place to have beautiful portraits taken. I would highly recommend it.
